On Saturday November 11th I went to see Michael Mason about a great C300 Mercedes, He was very professional knowledgeable and accommodating, I was able to make a fantastic deal with both him Eric brennan,and I drove home with a car that day very ecstatic! When i met Micheal Mason we clicked immediately and had surprisingly a lot in common, he made me feel very secure an comfortable with my decision with no cheap sales tactics and silly useless gimmicks. The whole show room was clean and very presentable. I haven't had a great experience like this in a long time. Thank you Micheal for being a great down to earth guy, I look forward to doing lunch!

I recently Lease a car from this dealership and the experience was terrible. I tried to give the sales guy a chance to fix the issue but it seems nothing was done. I purchased the car and traded in my old car on 9/30/17. I noticed that there was hair lines scratches all over the car once the sunlight shined on it directly. i work hard and i just think its wrong how things were handled and how i been treated.To Make things even worse i traveled from New York to CT because i had a great experience when i leased my first car back in 2015. I came back to the same sales guy! On 10/5 they came and picked up my car and held it for 20 days. i was back and fourth with the sales guy he said they detailed it but he still saw some scratches. He stated that one of the scratches on the back didn't come out and offered me a check for 750 and keep the scratch or they keep it and paint it. i told the sales guy that i wanted the issue fixed. None of that has happened. How is it that a 2018 car has scratches with only 19 miles on it when i picked it up? after waiting 20 days i went to pick up my car on 10/25 and i still noticed some light hair line scratches and what i mean by that its like it went threw a brush car wash as an example. I explained to the sales guy that i wasn't happy and he advised it was the best they can do and he doubts that they would paint it, but wasn't that what he told me while i was waiting for the 20 days. I def will not lease another car from here period and i will spread the world to friends and family. I am very angry and i dont know what else to do at this point. And to think because i trusted the sales guy i gave him all 10s because he told me it would effect his job and i did it for him because he stated he would fix the issue. because of this whole mix up i also got fined by the dmv for the car not having insurance when i was told the dealer would take care of everything. its way more to the story but hopefully this can get me somewhere because its not fair to the customer especially when they pay  on time and very understanding. I just want the issue fixed if im going to be in this lease for 3 years. So i have to drive around for 3 years knowing theres scratches everywhere and the company doesnt even care?

So disappointed. I have a Mercedes that I bought in Hartford. After some haggling Hartford offered us a deal that Fairfield said they couldn't match.  I live in Stratford so I figured I could swing by the Fairfield dealership and ask a quick question about the Bluetooth. Immediately the very cocky and rude older gentleman that was walking towards me, said well go to Hartford and turned his back and walked away. The receptionist and him both told me go to Hartford very rude. I figured a Mercedes is a Mercedes no matter where I got it from. I only wanted to ask a very quick question. I was very appalled. I wrote a letter to corporate about it anyways. I'm very glad that I did not buy my car from them And I definitely will not be going there for oil changes or anything else that I will need in the future from Mercedes.
